Ballet
Working from the RAD syllabus, students will enjoy the beauty of classical dance and learn to understand and appreciate the importance of ballet as the foundation of dance. Students will also work on choreography and routines in this genre.

• Baby Ballet from Age 2
Tap
Children can start classes from age 2. We work from the BATD syllabus concentrating on tap technique, ankle strength and preparing students for examinations. Tap is a very rhythmical and interesting form of dance and can be enjoyed at all ages and levels.

• BATD Grade Examinations – Pre-primary to Advanced
• BATD Medal Tests – Pre-bronze to Annual Award
Modern
Our modern classes follow the ISTD /BATD syllabuses; children can take graded classes up to an advanced level, however as well as taking examinations in this subject we also concentrate a large portion of their time on performance and choreography.
Jazz/Freestyle
Our classes aim to get the best out of our students in a positive but constructive way. We work on improving flexibility, core stability and technique, whilst constantly trying to improve how quickly the pupils pick up choreography by teaching new sequences and routines on a regular basis.

Street Jazz
Our street jazz classes cover a wide range of contemporary dance styles from hip-hop and street locking to funky jazz and are highly physical and modern in style. Think music videos and Diversity. Each teacher will bring their own style and enthusiasm to these classes.
This class is not examination based but is ideal for those who like to dance and have fun.
Drama
Our classes are aimed to encourage creativity, build confidence and enhance performing ability whilst still having fun and learning. Students have opportunities to create their own work, explore different skills, read scripts, perfect their ear for accents and work on their improvisation skills. There are regular performances, competitions and audition opportunities and children are also given the opportunity to take LAMDA exams.
Singing
Our classes are challenging, fun and aim to build on self esteem and confidence; we strive to bring out the singer in everyone. Classes explore projection, improving articulation and tone. All standards are catered for and pupils will cover anything from musical theatre to pop songs. The children will sing as an ensemble, with solo opportunities increasing ability, confidence and skill.
Musical Theatre
Our musical theatre classes give our pupils a chance to combine singing, dancing and acting all in the one class. They will work on songs, dances and scenes from a variety of musicals working towards their overall performance skills and presentation.
Performers Troupe
By invitation only we have junior and senior performance troupes who perform at numerous events from local fetes and residential homes to professional pantomimes and corporate events.
